WHAT TO EXPECT
At CCA we strive to provide professional, specialized services in a comfortable environment. All therapists have unique specialties and diverse backgrounds to meet the individualized needs of every client. CCA accepts a variety of payment methods and insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, United Healthcare, and UMR. At your first visit you will be greeted by our receptionist. They will assist you with completing paperwork, answering questions, and making sure you are comfortable while waiting for your therapist. During your first session, you will get to know your therapist and create a plan to address problem areas. Our goal is to make your therapeutic journey unique to your life experiences while providing guidance along the way.
